Description:

Are you preparing for a your next 5K race? Jog is here to cheer you on, along with his brother Cruise! Jog is a sweet three-year-old cat who takes some time to warm up to new people. With a little bit of patience, lots of love and some tasty treats, you will soon gain the trust and affections of this tabby dreamboat. He enjoys spending time near his people and will come up to say hi, but he prefers when physical contact is kept short and sweet. After a quick hello, he’s happy to hang out by your side! Cruise will always be his closest buddy, of course. These two are super social and cuddly with one another, and they are truly an inseparable pair! Jog and Cruise are bonded and must go home together. An Admissions and Placement specialist can tell you about Jog’s medical needs. Jog would like a quiet home with a patient adopter who can help him come out of his shell. Adopters should use a slow approach and avoid forced interactions with him. Jog needs a home with no dogs. Ready to spring into motion with Jog and Cruise? Click the “Adopt Me” button to submit an application today here - https://adopt.adopets.com/pet/3a2d3a6e-ddb9-4466-867e-4f6dad60d822 *The ASPCA Adoption Center encourages a $150 suggested adoption fee when adopting an animal. This suggested adoption fee allows the ASPCA to continue our lifesaving work and help even more animals in need. We are grateful for any and all amounts given at the time of adoption.* For more information on adopting from the ASPCA, please visit www.aspca.org/adoptionsteps. **The ASPCA is committed to prioritizing the health and safety of the community, the animals in our care and our staff, and we are keeping a close eye on developments related to the COVID-19 crisis as they evolve. As such, the ASPCA Adoption Center in New York City is currently closed for in-person visitors. However, we are excited to offer remote adoptions using video conferencing! In-person meet-and-greets are also sometimes available or required for specific animals. Please check out our available cats and dogs above, and if one catches your eye, apply directly for him or her. An ASPCA Matchmaker will let you know if the animal you are interested in adopting is eligible for or requires an in-person meet-and-greet. Please note: Adoption applications are handled in the order they are received and submitting an adoption survey does not constitute a hold or guaranteed adoption. You can expect to receive automated emails updating you on your adoption status as our Matchmakers go through applications. Thank you for your patience, and we hope you find your match!**
