Francine followed her foster mom home one day and then crawled up her leg and wanted to be held. She was starving and very thin. She was fed lots and given a warm bed out in the garage and has not asked to go back outside. However, she desperately wants to be inside with people and her foster mom will make some time to lock up the cat queen of the house who does not tolerate others well in her domain so Francine can come in for some pets and love from the dogs who reside in her foster home. Francine responds to her name and will come running when her mom calls, “Fancy Francie!” Please consider giving this young, petite girl the warm forever home she deserves!
