HISTORY: SHELBY was an underweight injured stray when he came to F&F to help him recover and find a home. TEMPERAMENT: SHELBY is an active curious boy who very much enjoys human attention and catio time. He loves to play with almost any toy, but has a soft spot for dangly toys. SHELBY has a rambunctious and goofy side, but was sweet and respectful to the older female cats he was fostered with. His ideal day would be to play, follow you around and see what you're up to, and then curl up near you on the couch. He doesn't mind being held, but he'd rather sit next to you than in your lap. SHELBY is adventurous and athletic. When he's feeling a little uncertain and getting used to a new space, SHELBY has a special and adorable groan to express his concern, but it doesn't take him long to feel at home. He would do well in a home with female cats, but is definitely not a fan of other male cats.
