Hope Diamond is as sparkling as her namesake and, in her tuxedo, permanently dressed for a fancypants party. Loud noises startle her, but once her momentary fear has passed, she wants to be your friend. At the shelter she stands to greet you and says, "Yes, please!" to strokes around her ears and chin. She was surrendered by her owner and is eager to find her person again.
