Description:

Meet Dunlap! The Cat who talks back! Dunlap is a stunning one-year-old orange tabby with a story that makes you want to scoop him up and never let go. He was found outside, crying during an ice storm in February, and ever since, he’s been learning what it means to feel safe, warm, and loved. At heart, Dunlap is an absolute sweetheart. He’s a true lap cat once he feels comfortable, melting right into you with a huge, rumbling purr that you can hear across the room. He’s gentle, not swatty or play-bitey, and has perfect litter box manners. He's basically a dream roommate. He loves to have "conversations" with his foster family. Check out the video! Dunlap gets along well with other cats and actually looks to them for confidence, so a calm feline friend could really help him shine. He loves to play and nap with the resident cats, and looks to them as his confidence grows. He is on the shy side and needs a little time to come out of his shell, but patience is everything with this boy. In the past month with his foster family, he has settled in nicely. He is out and about with the family, and loves spending time with the kids in the household. Give him space, let him move at his own pace, and you’ll be rewarded in the best way: with affectionate head butts, steady purring, and a loyal companion who truly bonds with his person. This week, he even started hanging around with the familiy's very calm, cat savvy dog! Dunlap isn’t just a cat—he’s a sweet little survivor with a big heart, waiting for someone kind enough to give him the time he needs to show it.View the full bio/profile and photos/videos HERE:https://www.felineurbanrescueandrehab.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=22333652 All FURR Cats & Kittens are seen by a vet before being posted online and have been: Spayed / Neutered to help control the pet population Microchipped to help ensure your best friend can be brought home if lost.
