Rachel is a pretty, young shy girl who has been down on her luck so far in life! Hopefully the shelter is just a pitstop on her journey to forever happiness in a new home real soon! All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.
