Marvin is the cat's meow, just needs some consistent human interaction to come all the way out of his shell! He is obviously handsome and also very vocal! Come me him and his extra toes today! All Perth Amboy Animal Shelter residents will be fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. You must be 23 or older to adopt from the shelter, complete an Adoption Application and pay the associated adoption fee. The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals.
