Zoey - Female DOB 2/4/2025 Domestic Short Hair - Calico Zoey is a very sweet, talkative calico who is a little on the shy side until she has time to settle in. When you first reach toward her to pet her, she may flinch a bit… she’s still figuring out that people mean good things. But once she realizes it’s just gentle pets coming her way, she’ll lean into them, even if she still pulls back now and then while she’s building that trust. She came to the rescue with her sister Chloe. The two get along well and can certainly go home together, but they don’t have to. Zoey would also be perfectly happy as your one and only kitty where she can have all the attention. Zoey sometimes tries to pounce on Chloe to start a little wrestling match, though Chloe isn’t always as interested in that idea. Zoey is still learning how to play with toys, but she’s just as content hanging out wherever you are: on the bed or the couch, keeping you company. A sunny window with a cat tree would make her very happy, where she could stretch out in the warmth and keep an eye on the birds outside. Chloe and Zoey look quite similar, but Zoey has an all-white chin while Chloe has black on hers. Both girls can be pretty vocal at times, though what they’re saying is anyone’s guess. Zoey would do best in a quiet home with no dogs and no children where she can settle in at her own pace.
