Mikella - Female DOB 1/2/2024 Domestic Short Hair - Brown Tabby Mikella is just over a year old and full of personality, playfulness, and heart. She’s incredibly sweet once she feels safe, and she’s ready for a home where she can finally stretch her legs, run around, and be the spunky young cat she was always meant to be. She hasn’t had it easy—she’s spent most of her recent life in a cage, kept apart from other cats because, well, she’s not a fan of them. She’s made it clear she wants to be your one and only feline, and we’re on board with that! Mikella would thrive in a home where she can have her own space, some cozy window perches to watch the world go by, and people who will appreciate her playful, curious nature. Once she has the space and peace she needs, Mikella warms up quickly. She loves to curl up on your lap or snuggle into the crook of your arm and even spent nights sleeping on her foster’s bed. Her playful side is always close by—she’s a big fan of catnip mice, and you’ll often find her pouncing, tossing, and chasing them with delight. She’d do best in a home with older kids and no dogs, where she can be the center of your attention. With a little time to adjust, Mikella will become a devoted and entertaining companion, always up for a cuddle or a good game.
