Butterscotch - Female DOB 1/15/2023 Domestic Short Hair - Orange and White Butterscotch is a gentle girl who takes a little time to feel comfortable in new surroundings, but once she settles in, she really blossoms. She enjoys attention on her terms and will gladly lean into slow, steady head rubs. Once she settles in, she will come meet you at the door for pets and sometimes follow you around or just show up where you are to tell you she wants attention. She is not a lap cat but will flop down beside you to get pets. She’s not the biggest fan of being picked up right now, but with time and patience, she may grow to accept it more. Butterscotch does not care to be around other cats and so she would have to be your one and only kitty, soaking up all the attention for herself. She would love a quiet, calm home with no dogs or children, and would especially enjoy a sunny window where she can stretch out and watch the world go by.
