Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)
Description:
Cali Girl was trapped during a TNR event in Lincoln County, Mo. it was noticed immediately that she was too calm and friendly to be returned to her colony so one of the volunteers offered to take her in. She took her to the vet and got everything she needed taken care of, and then housed her and reached out to rescues to find her a home. Cali Girl is as sweet as they said. She is quiet, demure, a snuggler and beautiful. She is a tortico pattern, she has the brown and gold brindle marks of a tortie but also has white of a calico. Our vet checked her out and we completed her vaccines and deworming and she is now ready for adoption. Cali tested positive for FIV. This is not a death sentence, it doesn't require medication or special food. The only requirements are that she is an indoor cat for the rest of her life, and lives with other compatible kitties. FIV is only transmitted through deep bite wounds, not through food dishes, or litter boxes,. Cali is spayed, microchipped, is current on Vaccinations, tested negative for feline leukemia, dewormed and ear tipped. She is ready for her forever home! 14937JT
