Flower Power is a young, friendly, people‑loving kitty with the sweetest personality and the most striking green eyes. She settled into foster care quickly and has shown herself to be affectionate, playful, and wonderfully social with humans. She loves getting pets, chatting with her people, and following the household action from her favorite spot—the kitty tower by the window. She enjoys toys, window watching, and all things food. Flower Power seems to prefer wet food but will happily eat kibble too. Because she was likely free‑fed in the past, she’s still adjusting to scheduled meals and will enthusiastically chew through any unattended bags of food or treats—so her new family will want to keep those safely tucked away. She uses her litter box consistently, plays gently, and has an even‑tempered, goofy charm. She gets along with other cats and dogs but will need time, patience, and a safe retreat space while she adjusts to new furry friends. She’s still learning where appropriate scratching spots are, but she’s already made great progress with guidance. Flower Power is moderately active, affectionate, and adaptable—an excellent fit for many types of homes, including apartments and senior households. She’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly, and she’ll thrive with a family willing to give her a little time to settle in and a lot of love once she does. Please note that this is a strictly indoor cat. This kitten may may require a home with another kitten as kittens are family oriented and do best when adopted in littermate pairs. Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. We recommend filling out an application and we will set up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved. FOSTER CARE: All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption, but each bio is written by the foster as they see them, in their home. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality, but it cannot be guaranteed. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves in time and with patience.
