He'll even play fetch with his favorite nerf ball, meowing sweetly when it's playtime. Otis is a pro at using his scratching post and enjoys playing with other friendly cats. Though he's vocal and playful, he'd thrive in a home where he can be your one and only, or with his sibling Frankie. Come meet this charming purr machine!
