Female Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Meet the incredibly resilient and loving Briar! This beautiful mama cat is a true survivor with a heart of gold, now ready to find her forever home where she can finally be pampered and cherished. Briar arrived at her foster home in May, a little underweight and facing the biggest challenge of her life: bringing six precious kittens into the world. Despite the odds, Briar was an absolute superstar mom, pouring all her love and energy into caring for her babies. She truly is a testament to a mother's devotion! Now, with her motherly duties admirably fulfilled, Briar is blossoming. She's a gentle soul who thrives in a peaceful environment. She absolutely adores other confident animals – especially her canine foster siblings, who bring out her playful side. She's still learning to trust humans fully, a process that will undoubtedly be sped up with a patient and loving family that understands her past experiences. While she may not be a lap cat just yet, with time and reassurance, her sweet personality is sure to shine through. Briar is looking for a quiet home where she can truly relax and let her guard down. A family with other friendly pets would be ideal, as she loves the companionship and confidence they bring. With a consistent supply of delicious food and endless love, Briar is ready to snuggle up in her very own home and enjoy the peaceful, happy life she so richly deserves. Could that be with you? One big thing about me you should know is that I have Feline Immunodeficiency Virus but please don’t let that scare you away from adopting me! Click here to learn more about Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Briar is from a local impound. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
