Hello, My name is Buc. I was found, injured, on a farm. The caretaker surrendered me to SFAAR so I could get appropriate medical care. After months of TLC my leg & body has healed completely. Unfortunately after many months in rescue I developed wet FIP. I was pretty sick but I was started on an experimental treatment that has been quite costly. It's been very affective to treat all types of FIP and am grateful to get the help I needed to fight. I am a sweet guy that takes a little time to come out of my shell. I can be a bit jumpy with new people but warm up with gentle touch. I love to get pet and head bump/hug my foster family. I get along great with cats & I can't wait to find a forever home of my very own. I've been through a lot in a short period of time & its time to live my best life now that I'm considered cured of this dreaded FIP.
