Teddi and Lucie are a 10-year-old bonded pair who are looking for a quiet furever home together. These seniors have spent their lives together and are ready to bring double the love to someone who’s patient and gentle.Teddi proved to be a sweetheart who adored belly rubs, being brushed, and playing with his favorite laser toy in his previous foster home. Teddi is very shy, especially when he is unsure about his situation and easily startled, he likely will hiss if surprised or scared. He’s a sensitive soul who needs time and understanding. Once you’ve earned his trust, you’ll have a loyal shadow who follows you around the house.Lucie is the more universally friendly of the pair. We were told she loves people, attention, and curling up in a warm lap. If she’s not in your lap, she’s probably tucked under a cozy blanket. Lucie is playful and affectionate, especially when string toys or laser lights are involved. Lucie, unlike Teddi, will give you her heart from the beginning. While Lucie will sometimes play with Teddi, she’s not a fan of other cats. Their behavior with dogs is unknown. They would prefer a home where they’re the only pets. Because of their skittish nature, a calmer home with older kids (or no kids) would be their preference as well.
