Meet Christy, our resident moody queen and professional vibe curator. This 6-year-old black cat has been with us at the Noah Project for over a year now—not because she’s not lovable, but because she’s a little... particular. Think of her as the feline version of that friend who only goes out once a month and spends the rest of the time judging people from the couch. With snacks.Christy does great with other cats who respect her personal bubble, and honestly? Same. Dogs? We’re not sure yet—she hasn't issued an official statement. Kids? Let's just say if your kid is a "let me put my face right up to this cat and squeal" kind of child... Christy is not her audience. She's not mean—she's just blunt. She’ll politely, but firmly, let you know that your affection is not currently on her schedule.She does get overstimulated sometimes, which, again, very relatable. Don't we all have days where one more email or one more person talking to us might push us over the edge?Here’s the thing: Christy’s been living in a busy shelter for over a year. That’s like being stuck in an open-plan office 24/7.
