A concerned mail worker contacted FOCA when they found a Monroe County residence with an overwhelming number of cats. Our volunteers surveyed the area and then reached out to the property owner so we could give the cats a better life. The cats in the second rescue are Hatie Hudson, Hayzel, Harlo, Haleigh, Hadley, & Billy. If you think you have the perfect home for any of these kitties, fill out an application today.
