Baxter is a cheerful, playful little guy found outside and brought to Happy Days. Baxter has tested positive for FIV at this time and will be retested in 6 months. His foster reports that Baxter fits right in with her older kitties, is social, and plays well. When not playing, Baxter has been catching up on rest and is enjoying being indoors. Baxter is striking, with a lovely tabby mask, thick fur, and beautiful gold-green eyes. Baxter has been dewormed, microchipped, on flea prevention, and has his first FVRCP vaccination. He will be FIV/FELV tested prior to adoption. Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The microchip is transferred to the adopter once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a one-time $15 microchip enrollment fee. Microchips are enrolled with AKC Reunite. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
