I love to follow you around from room to room. I'll roll dramatically on the floor, sleep at the foot of your bed, and show off my playful side with lasers, strings, or bouncy balls. However, I usually prefer to admire you from afar. You can only pet me while I'm eating. But my quirky charm will quickly win you over. With patience—and Scraps showing me the joy of a good belly rub— I make strides in confidence every day. Speaking of my BFF Scraps, we are a package deal! We love to wrestle, cuddle, chase, and we will absolutely entertain you. Together, we are the perfect combo of playful chaos and sweet companionship. I am a "work-in-progress" cat. When I first came to Carmah, I was extremely shy but the volunteers saw possibilities in me. My foster and I have been making progress together. I want to find a home where I have the space and time to continue the process. When I first move to your home, I will probably hide while I get used to household rhythms, smells, sounds, and routines. I will slowly come out of my shell as I learn to trust you. I may always hide when new people arrive, or I might start to enjoy their company as well. I will reward your patience with loyalty and companionship. We are 2 years old and in perfect health. If you’re ready for a pair of hilarious, lovable, belly-rub-seeking companion kitties who keep each other happy - and will keep you entertained, we are your duo! Kittens under six months must have a cat buddy. Adoption fees are $325 for kittens under a year, $600 per pair $250 for cats 1-11 years, $175 for cats 12+ years ---------- Carmah is an all volunteer, no-kill cat rescue group serving the Marlborough/Hudson MA area and beyond. ----------
