Audie is still waiting for his furever home… and it’s breaking our hearts. This handsome, gentle boy has been through more than most cats ever should. He showed up as a stray belonging to no one, or maybe was left behind; we may never know. But what we do know is that he was suffering, with a severe leg injury and no one to help him… until a kind rescuer stepped in and gave him a chance. Audie was trapped and brought to safety, and from there began a long journey of healing. Two surgeries… (his back leg had to be amputated) weeks of recovery… and through it all, not once did he lose his sweet, loving spirit. He could have been fearful. He could have been angry. But Audie chose to trust. Today, he is healthy, healed, and still the most gentle, affectionate soul you could ever meet. He leans into love. He just wants to be safe… to be chosen… to finally have a place to call home. After everything he’s endured, Audie deserves more than just survival; he deserves a life filled with comfort, warmth, and someone who will love him forever. Please share his story.
