My name is Boo and I am a gray domestic shorthair. I am an intact male (I will be neutered before I am adopted) and I am 3 years and 3 months old. I am here because I was given up by my owner on 04/20/2025 due to the fact my owner had too many other pets. They were my family for 3 years. I am used to staying both inside and outside during the day, and both inside and outside during the night. I am a good kitty who uses the litterbox! I am a high energy cat and I will need an owner with some prior pet owning experience. I dash out open doors or windows if given the opportunity. I would do best in a setting with two doors between exterior doors, such as a screened in porch or hallway, or to be shut in another room or in a kennel before any doors or windows are opened. I can be good with men, women, and children. I can be good with other cats and I can be good with dogs.All cats are tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus, and cats over 6 months of age are tested for heartworms. They are also tested for intestinal parasites and receive routine dewormings. Cats are vaccinated against distemper and rabies, receive a flea preventative, are spayed/neutered before adoption, and have a microchip. Adoption fees include the initial automated registration of the microchip at the time of adoption.
