Domestic Short Hair (Short Coat)
Description:
Hi, I'm Dahlia. While I am very cute and friendly, I am quite shy, and I am still working on my social skills. When I first meet someone, I can feel a bit intimidated. I really need someone who will be patient with me and take the time to get to know me, helping me feel comfortable and safe, so that I will come out of my shell. Once I feel safe and at home, I will open up, and you will see how very sweet I am. I am a delicate spirit who will become a loyal, sweet companion when trust grows. I will show you that when you bring me into your home, just like my name, I will blossom, and I will sprinkle your days with warmth and your heart with love. I love other cats, and it's important that I have a cat friend to live with. I would love to go home with my sibling , Pansies. She is a little shy, too, but sweet and loving. I would also do well with other cats. I am still a little shy, but I can adapt to living in a home with polite, well-mannered dogs and older, considerate children.
