Named after the legendary Molly Weasley, this devoted mama gave everything she had to protect her three redheaded kittens (Fred, George, and Ron) and one black haired beauty (Harri). And keeping everyone safe was no easy feat while living outside as strays! Even when she was scared and sick, Molly stood guard like a true warrior. Once she and her babies found safety in a foster home, she finally let herself rest — and that’s when her body revealed just how hard she'd been fighting against the infection raging inside her body. Thanks to emergency vet care, antibiotics, and a lot of love, Molly bounced back stronger than ever. Now she’s thriving, snuggling up for pets, and soaking in all the affection she so deeply deserves.Molly would do best in a home where she can be the center of attention — she loves her people and would thrive in a loving environment where she’s showered with affection. While she’s had some tense interactions with other adult cats in her foster home, she may be able to adjust to a home with fellow felines if given a slow, patient introduction — especially once she’s no longer in mama mode. She’d also be thrilled to be adopted with one of her kittens, whom she absolutely adores. Molly’s days of protecting her babies are winding down, and it’s time for her to step into the role of pampered house cat. She is gentle and loving so she would do well in a home with kids!Affectionate, resilient, and sweet as can be, Molly loves chin scratches, string toys, and anything tuna-flavored. She’s playful but still adjusting to a life where she gets to be the one taken care of — and every day she blossoms a little more.
