Ethan came in with his brother, Owen, and that was helpful for his socialization! Owen warmed up to people more quickly, so Ethan watched from the sidelines a bit. He was never really terrified, but he needed the model and the stability. Today, Ethan is doing well even without Owen! He is a calm and gentle companion. We are proud of his progress--from hunkered down in fear upon intake, to happily playing with toys and asking for attention! Continue to watch Ethan blossom in your home--it will be worth it!!
