Unknown Breed
Description:
We have a stray cat with a tipped ear that we took in a few days ago after it was hanging out in the woods behind our house. The cat is not microchipped but vet feels it belonged to someone. The cat is female and 1 to 2 years. She is neutered likely due to T-N-R. The cat is very friendly and comfortable with both people and being indoors. We don’t want to drop her at any shelter out of concern what would happen with her tipped ear. I am not aware of cat colonies so don’t know if she wondered and got lost. In talking to our county shelter they have no capacity for tipped ear cats and just offered she is probably from a colony. We can’t just release her back to living in our backyard.
