I just adopted Magnus five days ago from a couple who live in Blue Ridge, GA. They found him with his collar entangled around his neck and paw. They checked several websites to find his owner, but to no avail. They then took him the vet to check for a microchip ( none)and to update his shots and discovered he was neutered.
