EMERGENCY REHOMING - PLEASE HELP Bailey was rescued by my grandpa about ten years ago in Phoenix, AZ. She initially lived with another rescue but since the other cat's passing it's very clear she is meant to be in a single cat household. Bailey and my grandpa moved out to Nampa, ID a few years ago where she is now. My grandpa passed on April 7th and no one in the family is willing or able to take Bailey in. She is a sweet cat but very overweight (my grandpa struggled to move so he just left bowls of food out) and territorial (she tried to bite the nurses when they were near my grandpa). She's currently living alone in his house with some relatives checking in on him when they can but she urgently needs re-homed. She will let us pet her but on her terms and she is long-haired but kept shaved due to matting that my grandpa was unable to brush out (he did try for several years but she would attack him).
