Spencer is a happy, friendly 9-year old boy who loves nothing better than getting kissed on the forehead while he "makes biscuits" for you. He is curious and enjoys the freedom to explore his limited world at this time. Spencer has been in a foster home for most of his life due to medical circumstances; urinary tract blockage and stomatitis. He is on special food that has kept him healthy but unfortunately, due to the stomatitis, all of his teeth have been removed. That, obviously, has not stopped him from eating! He's looking for a place to snuggle with his special someone. Is that you? We can offer a permanent foster where you will not have to worry about future medical costs.
