Carly deserves a wonderful person to call her MAMA or PAPA. She will found in a box with an open can of food outside a building. A nice woman took her in and fostered her. She was scared and Animal Rescue Force of South FlA stepped in and vetted her (spay, chip, vaccines and tests). The volunteer helped her adjust to a warm loving home. Carly is flourishing and is a happy and healthy girl now.
