WATCH MY VIDEO...Esther was found by a family, but had to be surrendered to our shelter because their dog was not being very nice to her. This young girl needs a family who is willing to give her a lot of love! We don't know a lot about her past, but we do recommend that this be their only cat because she is FIV positive. This is a virus that is spread through the saliva of cats, so it could be passed on to another cat. FIV positive cats can still lead a long, healthy life. It has no effect on humans or dogs. Some families that have FIV positive cats welcome others into their home, as they know they can provide them with a great life. Esther is ready to start that life with a family that loves her, and is willing to give her a chance at a happy life. The love that she'll give back is worth it!
