Hello everyone, my name is Delmar! As you can see, I'm a little different from other kitties. I was found outside freezing and starving by a nice woman who called to get me help. I was born without the radial bones in my two front legs. I was seen by an orthopedic specialist who told my foster mom that since I was born like this, I don't know anything different. I can run, jump, play and go up stairs just like any other cat! I'm still a little skittish, but have made a lot of progress since coming to my foster home. I LOVE to be pet and get belly rubs - I purr like crazy. I get along with other calm cats. Delmar was born on November 25, 2022. She is currently being fostered in Ansonia. She is fixed, is up-to-date on shots, is microchipped and tested neg for FIV/FeLV*. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved.
