Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Coal is a friendly, black, male cat. He has white whiskers under his chin. He likes attention and loves treats. He is playful and likes to rub up against his foster mom. He loves to roll around in the cat tree. He gets along with other cats. He has been with his sister, Febe, since they were born. Coal and his sister were adopted in March of this year, and due to lifestyle changes of the new owner (he no longer had the time to care for them), they were recently return to our rescue. Coal has recently undergone surgery for a birth defect called patellar luxation. The surgery was a success, and Coal is ready for his forever home! Coal was born around December 15, 2024, and is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. He is fixed, up-to-date on shots, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found at our website at www.fosterandforever.org. Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.
