Description:
Cali is a beautiful, big-eyed girl. Unfortunately, she came from an overcrowded house and became pregnant at an extremely young age. Cali had no interest in being a mom (through no fault of her own -- she was just a baby herself). Just before being rescued, two of Cali's babies passed away, and a third was placed with a surrogate mother (and she is thriving). Cali is starting to trust and appreciate individual attention, something she has yet to experience during her short life. She is enjoying playing with toys and is very wet food-motivated. Cali is a quiet, docile girl who would benefit from living with a confident, social kitty friend who can continue showing her the good life. Cali was born around September 24, 2023. She is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. She is fixed, is up-to-date on shots, is microchipped and tested neg for FIV/FeLV*. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved.
