I unfortunately have been traveling and moving a lot in the past 5 years – 6 different houses. As I’m now retired, I do have plans to continue to travel. My previous cat (Peaches, 21 yrs) didn’t mind travel. Plus, I didn’t really travel much when I had her and was working. I love Cleo and know these past few years have not been fair to her. She does not like to travel. Additionally, cats like to be settled in a place they can identify as their territory. Cleo is inherently a bit of a scaredy cat, so the different homes have been stressful for her – and for me because I worry about her. She’s independent and will choose to sit on your lap. You do not choose to put her on your lap. But she does come and sit with you. She can be a bit feisty, especially when it comes to going to the vet. But overall, she’s a sweet little girl. I’m looking for a loving household who will love her and provide a stable home. She will be 8 this April 22. Please call Lisa at 720-985-7407 to inquire and visit her.
