Tamlin was found playing outside. The nice couple that found him turned out to be allergic, so they brought him to the shelter. Tamlin has a composed and confidant way of sitting and watching. He seems to be independent, but he just wants to make sure you are going to like him. If you are nice to Tamlin with a chin scratch, you can get his purr motor running.
