Male Cat, Domestic Short Hair

Domestic Short Hair / Mixed (Short Coat)

Description:

Approximate date of birth: 4/8/2022 Description: Rain (Drop) VanZazzle is a handsome boy who is mischievous at times but very loving. He finds his way to an open lap multiple times a day so he can make biscuits. He’s even been known to enjoy a nap with his human. Rain also loves to have his belly rubbed. He loves to wrestle with his brother Tommy VanZazzle. At times, they get the zoomies and chase each other around like crazy. I would highly recommend that they be adopted together. Rain does jump on the kitchen counter so he can get on the refrigerator on his way to the top of the cabinets. He’ll need a tall, sturdy cat tree. He’s not been around kids or dogs but gets along with other cats. Words to Describe Me: Adventurous, playful, independent Favorite Place to Sleep: Fuzzy comfort pet bed Favorite Toy: Foil balls Perfect Day: A perfect day for Raindrop would be full of wrestling, climbing, playing, and napping with his siblings. Kitty's Likes: Scratches behind ears and chin. Kitty's Dislikes: Not to be held, likes to lay on your lap without restriction Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: Scratch me behind my ears Favorite Treat: Soft food Job Title in Foster: Recreation director When I Grow Up, I Want to Be: A professional wrestler Good with Cats: Loves cats. Good with Dogs: Unknown. Good with Children: Can live in a house with children over the age of 10. Companion Animal: Can live in a home with another Felv kitty. Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age. Raindrop tested positive for FeLV therefore would need to be in a home with other FeLV kitties (or adopt one of our FeLV kitties in the rescue). Veterinary care will be provided for this feline throughout their life by Saving One Life. Adoption Process: Our adoptable animals are located at one of our adoption centers or in foster homes. We require interested parties to apply prior to meeting to ensure a good match. Applications can be submitted on our website at www.savingonelife.org/adopt/apply. PetSmart Adoption Centers: For more information on our locations, visit https://www.savingonelife.org/adopt/locations .
