Approximate DOB: 09/11/2025 | Cartier started out as a candidate for an abundance of love and patient attention, having arrived as a terrified, overly wary, scrawny bundle of fur, distrustful of anything unfamiliar. Over time, as he let down his guard, a sweet and gentle nature started to shine through. He has a tendency to hang back and read the situation for a bit before carefully starting to approach, but as the trust grows, his desire for attention becomes evident. His confidence has grown tremendously, but he is still more comfortable being a companion than a cuddler at the moment. However, he does enjoy a gentle tickle behind his ears or under his chin which can lead to full body strokes. Cartier is active, playful and loves an interactive game of chasing string around the floor. Although hesitant at first, he cannot curb the enthusiasm for long. The way to his heart is a lickable treat. He absolutely loves them and is willing to let principles fall by the wayside for one. When it is time for a nap, he enjoys a secluded, comfortable spot or a cat tree hammock. Like the luxury brand after which he is named, Cartier is worthy of royalty.
