This handsome boy was trapped by well meaning people. They asked for us to help with him and he looked so pitiful that we could not turn him down. As it turns out, he must have been hit by a car because he has a broken pelvis. Doctors said it would heal on it's own. We just have to keep him quiet and confined which is so hard for a playful kitten. He purrs and loves his foster parents and soon will be able to play with the other kittens in the home. Doc says he may get arthritus where the break was when he gets older, otherwise he seems purrfectly healthy. Merlyn needs and extra special, calm and loving home. Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high. Additional adoption details: Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses. Home checks may be conducted. Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $168.
