He can *literally* leap tall fences in a single bound — so he’ll need a tall, secure privacy fence to keep his heroic adventures safe. Russell Rescue dogs are fostered in the Middle Tennessee area. We do not ship/transport our dogs, so the approved adopter must be willing to travel to Tennessee.
