We’re thrilled to introduce you to our beautiful 2-year-old Lab mix, Janice! She came to us as a stray after a kind-hearted person contacted animal control, concerned for her safety. Janice was blissfully unaware of the dangers around her and often found herself in some tricky situations, like standing in the middle of the road while cars honked to get her attention. But now she’s safe and ready for a new adventure!Janice has been with us for 8 days, and even though we’re still getting to know her, we’re already certain she’s a real sweetheart. Everyone here, from the staff to the excellent HK9 student trainers, can’t stop raving about her friendly and loving nature. When she met another dog at the shelter, she waltzed right up with a wagging tail, excited to make a new friend!If you’re looking for a fun, easy-going companion to brighten your days, Janice might be the perfect match for you!
