Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue Ayla was abandoned in Lancaster City and left to fend for herself as a kitten. She wound up pregnant and had no safe place to give birth and found herself in a strange man's yard. Right after she gave birth to her kittens, the man found her and threatened to release his dog's on her. Although young herself, she was a wonderful mama to her kittens. She is very sweet, gets along well with other cats and would likely be ok with cat-friendly dogs and polite children. She love to be picked up and held and is a total lap cat! Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm. All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many that are not posted yet. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
