Description:
Toby was very scared when he first arrived at the shelter. But once he settled in and started getting a lot of attention and treats from volunteers, he quickly turned around. Before we knew it Toby was meowing at everyone who passed by, asking for attention. He loves to be pet, and tries to convince everyone he's never received any pets in his *entire* life. The volunteers all know better, but still give in and pay lots of attention to this sweetie.
